Led a multi-country analysis of policy and regulatory frameworks governing emerging cell and gene therapies across 30 countries in the Global South. Synthesized complex legal, policy, and health system information into an interactive web-based platform designed to support researchers, policymakers, and health system leaders.

Improving Mental Health Care for Older Adults

Knowledge Mobilization | Team Leadership | National Partnerships

Led a national knowledge mobilization portfolio supporting implementation of seven clinical practice guidelines focused on older adult mental health. Built and led an interdisciplinary team, developed partnerships across Canada, and oversaw creation of resources designed to support healthcare providers, older adults, and caregivers.

Impact: Strengthened national implementation efforts by mobilizing evidence-informed mental health practices and resources across healthcare, community, and caregiver settings.

Understanding Child Health Needs Across Canada

Managed a pan-Canadian multi-method needs assessment involving 32 hospitals to identify priority child health issues and opportunities for service improvement. Collaborated with healthcare providers, researchers, and families to bring together perspectives from across the country.

Informing Provincial Early Learning Policy

Improving Employment Supports for Disabled Youth
