Connecting Evidence, People, and Systems

I am passionate about helping people and organizations navigate complexity and create meaningful change.

Throughout my career, I have worked as a connector and boundary spanner, working at the intersection of health, research, education, policy, and community sectors and bringing together diverse perspectives to address challenging social issues. I believe meaningful change happens when evidence, lived experience, professional expertise, and community knowledge are considered together rather than in isolation.

Over the past 16 years, I have led interdisciplinary teams and collaborative initiatives spanning local, provincial, national, and international contexts. My work has included supporting health improvement efforts, conducting stakeholder engagement across sectors, developing evidence-informed resources and tools, and helping organizations translate research and experience into practical action.

My work focuses on helping organizations move from insight to action by connecting people, ideas, and evidence in ways that support better decisions, stronger programs, healthier communities, and more effective systems. My approach is grounded in systems thinking, equity, and collaboration. I strive to understand challenges from multiple perspectives and to identify practical pathways forward that are responsive to both people and context.

Whether working with researchers, healthcare providers, policymakers, educators, community organizations, or interdisciplinary teams, I am motivated by the opportunity to bridge perspectives, build trusted relationships, and support meaningful change that improves communities and systems.

While the contexts have varied throughout my career, a common thread has remained: helping organizations make sense of complex issues, bring together diverse perspectives, and turn evidence into practical action.
